This Privacy Policy explains how Runnel collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use the Runnel waitlist and related pages at withrunnel.com.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with the service, we may collect:

  • your first name and last name;
  • your email address;
  • an optional referral source that you choose to provide;
  • whether you accepted the Terms of Service;
  • whether you opted in to marketing emails;
  • technical/request data we process for abuse prevention and service security, such as IP-derived request information and Turnstile verification results.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • operate and secure the waitlist;
  • send confirmation, waitlist, and access-related emails;
  • send optional marketing emails when you have opted in;
  • prevent fraud, spam, duplicate submissions, and other abuse;
  • maintain internal audit records tied to service operations.

4. Service Providers

We use third-party providers that process data on our behalf, including:

  • Neon for database infrastructure;
  • Postmark for email delivery;
  • Cloudflare Turnstile for bot and abuse prevention.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Legal Bases

Where applicable, we process personal data based on one or more of the following legal bases:

  • your consent, such as when you opt in to marketing communications;
  • our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the service;
  • performance of steps you request, such as joining and managing the waitlist.

If you unsubscribe, we stop marketing communications and redact or replace certain subscriber fields in our operational records. We may retain limited records that are reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, compliance, or troubleshooting.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing of your personal data. You can also withdraw consent for marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe tools included in our emails.
